Wolters Kluwer is hiring a Consultant - LBA II to join its Legal Bill Analysis Center of Excellence (LBACOE) in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The role involves auditing electronically submitted legal fee and expense invoices from law firms to ensure compliance with billing guidelines.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Paralegal Certification or Bachelor’s Degree in a legal-related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in legal services or 2-4 years in a legal bill auditing environment.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, claims legal situations, and federal/state rules of civil procedure.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Efficiently and accurately review and audit legal invoice entries against billing guidelines.
• Verify accuracy of UTBMS task codes applied to invoice line items.
• Document reasons for adjustments made to invoice line items and identify guideline violations.
• Communicate and calibrate with team members and support management in performance metrics and QA reviews.
