Key Eligibility Criteria

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Identify, evaluate, and resolve contracting issues during the EPC and FEED project phases.
Review contract baselines, legal/contractual requirements, management procedures, and division of responsibilities.
Administer EPC/FEED contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms, insurance requirements, and performance/bank guarantees.
Manage project risk to minimize exposure to financial and legal liabilities, soliciting legal counsel when appropriate.
Evaluate contractor changes, change orders, project variance notices, claims for delay, back charges, and prolongation.
Conduct construction site contract administration, correspondence control, monthly payment certificate reviews, and contract close-out procedures.
