This role involves managing end-to-end commercial contracts, corporate secretarial compliance, and strategic legal advisory for the company's Indian entities.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree.
- Experience: 5–8 years of post-qualification experience, specifically in commercial contracts, technology/SaaS, or corporate legal roles.
- Skills: Proficiency in Indian company law (Companies Act, 2013), corporate governance, and international commercial contracting.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS, licensing, NDAs, SLAs, and DPAs.
- Manage corporate secretarial functions, including Board/shareholder meetings, ROC/MCA filings, and statutory registers.
- Advise the leadership team on legal risks, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
