The selected candidate will be responsible for providing legal support in corporate advisory and governance matters. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive legal research, performing detailed contract reviews, and drafting legal documentation to facilitate business transactions and ensure statutory compliance. Eligibility:

• LLB degree from a recognized institution.
• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 0–1 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong legal research, writing, contract review, and drafting skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian corporate and commercial laws.
• Experience in corporate and statutory compliances.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
