The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client portfolios, handling IP prosecution and enforcement, and conducting extensive legal research. Key duties include drafting applications and pleadings, appearing before Registrars and Examiners for hearings, and negotiating IP agreements. This role offers a significant opportunity for legal professionals to build a long-term career within a dynamic and globally connected practice. Eligibility: * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law. * Prior experience in handling Intellectual Property matters is preferred. * Strong understanding of Trademark, Copyright, Patent, and Design laws. * Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and the use of legal research tools. * Experience with international IP filings is considered an added advantage.
