This role is designed for a legal professional capable of managing complex documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance within a fast-paced corporate environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service partnerships, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Key responsibilities also include responding to legal and demand notices, identifying potential legal risks, and maintaining a comprehensive contract repository. The associate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external counsel to facilitate smooth business transactions while safeguarding the company's interests. Eligibility: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M) from a recognized institution. * 2-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in contract management or legal roles. * Strong foundational knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and litigation processes. * Experience in legal research and advisory, with specific exposure to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and data privacy. * Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
