Legal Associate - Contracts at Treelife
Treelife is seeking a Legal Associate - Contracts to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have an LLB from a reputed institute and 3-5 years of experience after qualification, preferably in-house corporate counsel exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate mid-complexity contracts on behalf of the client independently or along with other stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality levels in process delivery by quality-checking deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle management activities.
- Develop and implement processes and controls that address applicable privacy and data protection requirements for India and abroad, including GDPR, COPPA, etc.
Requirements:
- LLB from a reputed institute.
- 3-5 years of experience after qualification (preferably in-house corporate counsel exposure).
- Organizational skills and flexibility to complete critical tasks on time.
- A self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision in a team environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and oral).
