Pentacle Consultants (I) Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Intern to support high-impact assignments across IPO transaction support, Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) structuring and compliances, corporate legal matters, and secretarial compliances. This internship offers hands-on exposure to transaction documentation, regulatory research, governance matters, and end-to-end legal operations in a fast-paced consulting environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in legal documentation, due diligence, and coordination for ongoing IPO-related assignments.
• Support fund structuring, investor documentation, and compliance tracking for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
• Draft and review legal documents including NDAs, service agreements, advisory agreements, and corporate documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of Board Resolutions, Minutes, Notices, and other secretarial records under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Required Skills:

• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation tools.
• Prior internship experience in law firms, investment/financial services, compliance, or corporate legal teams is preferred.
