Getinge is seeking a highly qualified Legal Counsel to join its global Legal team in Mumbai. The selected candidate will provide high-quality, strategic, and practical legal advice, guidance, and support for Getinge’s business operations in India. Key Responsibilities:
- Providing hands-on legal support for general corporate, governance, business, HR, finance, and commercial affairs.
- Identifying and advising on legal and regulatory risks and liabilities associated with regional business transactions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements, including product and service supply, distribution, licensing, confidentiality, and clinical trial agreements.
- Collaborating with global legal and regional teams to draft and revise contract templates and improve legal processes.
