Description: Getinge is inviting applications for the position of Legal Counsel based in Mumbai. The successful candidate will join the global legal team to provide strategic and practical legal advice for Getinge’s business operations in India. Responsibilities include identifying regulatory risks, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements (supply, distribution, licensing, and clinical trials), and providing hands-on support for corporate governance, HR, and finance matters. The role requires close collaboration with global business areas and the Ethics & Compliance team.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Law degree and possess at least 10 years of legal experience from a reputable law firm or in-house legal department. Specifically, at least 5 years of experience as an in-house counsel within the Life Science, Medical Device, or Pharma sectors is required. Candidates must be fluent in English and Hindi and proficient in Microsoft Office.
