Dozee is hiring a Legal Counsel to own and drive the company's legal strategy and execution across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves managing contracts through to execution, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property filings, and coordinating with external counsels on cross-border matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with hospitals, vendors, distributors, and strategic partners in India and the US.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data protection laws (HIPAA, HITECH, DPDP Act), and medical device regulations.
• Oversee intellectual property filings, safeguarding, and management across jurisdictions.
• Support corporate secretarial responsibilities, board governance, and legal due diligence for fundraising and strategic transactions.
• Identify legal risks across operations and design internal mitigants and controls.
