Description: Procter & Gamble (P&G) is hiring a Legal Counsel for its Mumbai General Office. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice across various laws (commercial, advertising, pharma, competition, labour, industrial, and environmental), drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, supporting IP matters, and managing disputes across the Indian sub-continent.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on industry-specific laws, ethical promotions, and compliance.
• Draft, vet, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts and agreements.
• Advise on marketing initiatives, advertising, product communication, and promotions.
• Support Intellectual Property (IP) and business development initiatives.
• Manage disputes across various forums and coordinate with external counsel.
