Title: Legal Counsel - Commercial at Sprinklr Category: Jobs Organiser: Sprinklr Description: Sprinklr is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Commercial Legal team, primarily supporting operations across the MEA (Middle East and Africa) and APJI (Asia-Pacific, Japan, and India) regions. The role involves managing a broad range of legal matters with a focus on supporting sales operations through the negotiation of customer contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing revenue generation with effective risk mitigation. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, such as SaaS Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Data Processing Addendums, and Privacy Terms. The Legal Counsel will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including privacy, security, and compliance, to provide strategic legal advice and develop standard templates and playbooks that improve organizational productivity. Eligibility: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a recognized Indian or Middle Eastern law school/university. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate attorney within a software, technology, or public-listed environment, or at a law firm serving such clients. * In-depth expertise in contract law and the legal frameworks of India and/or the Middle East. * Proven experience in negotiating SaaS agreements and working closely with sales teams. * Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to business stakeholders.
