dentsu is seeking a Legal Counsel (Media Agency) to join their team in Mumbai. The purpose of this role is to assist the legal team by providing legal support and contributing to the workload of the department. The position offers exposure to a broad range of legal, regulatory, and commercial matters across multiple business functions and jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake legal research, basic negotiation, review, and drafting of contracts.
• Attend meetings and calls with senior lawyers, take notes, and execute follow-up actions.
• Draft and proofread documents and presentations.
• Support the implementation of best practices in compliance, contract management, intellectual property, data privacy, and M&A.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including finance, procurement, human resources, compliance, technology, and business teams.
• Assist with due diligence exercises, internal reviews, audits, and information gathering.
