Azadi Records is seeking a Legal Intern to support various legal initiatives, research legal matters, assist with contract management, and contribute to the overall legal operations of the organisation. Reporting to the Legal Head, the intern will gain hands-on experience in the entertainment and music industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Framework & Research: Create and maintain a legal framework for the organisation; conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and precedents; and assist in preparing legal documents and memoranda.
• Contract Management: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and executing digital creator, work-for-hire, master licensing, sync licensing, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Coordinate with artists to secure intellectual property.
• Compliance & Documentation: Define and protect the organisation's IP; maintain legal databases and trackers for releases, music supervision, and agreements.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a law degree (LLB/JD) or relevant legal qualification.
• Basic knowledge of legal principles, concepts, and terminology.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
