This role is designed to provide law students with comprehensive exposure to the legal operations of a global organization. The internship focuses on practical experience in contract lifecycle management, corporate governance, and legal risk assessment within the construction technology sector. The intern will be responsible for reviewing and redlining commercial agreements, including NDAs and service contracts, and assisting in contract negotiations through detailed legal research. Additionally, the role involves conducting research on various legal frameworks such as the Information Technology Act, data privacy, and labor laws. Interns will also support corporate governance by maintaining litigation trackers and assisting with statutory compliance processes.
