Description: Jupiter Law Partners is hiring two candidates to assist its Trademark Team with filings, trademark portfolio management, searches, reporting, and administrative support functions. The role offers both physical and virtual working options.
Eligibility:

• LL.B., B.Com., or B.A. qualification (Preference will be given to LL.B. graduates).
• 0–3 years of post-qualification experience in any field.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PDF handling, and data entry/extraction.
• Strong email drafting skills and fluency in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Trademark Team with day-to-day filings and conducting trademark searches.
• Assisting in trademark portfolio management and generating search reports.
• Uploading/downloading information and managing deadlines.
• Creating invoices, following up on billing matters, and drafting professional correspondence.

Mode: Virtual working option available (requires laptop with good internet access)
Location: Gurgaon (Delhi NCR)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Probation Period: 3 months
Number of Positions: 2
Salary: Commensurate with industry standards
