Key responsibilities include drafting and vetting legal notices, contracts, and court pleadings, as well as managing civil, criminal, recovery, and NI Act cases. The successful candidate will also be responsible for negotiating commercial agreements such as NDAs and MOUs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with external counsels for arbitration and dispute resolution. Eligibility: * LLB or LLM graduates from a recognized institution. * 2 to 5 years of professional experience in litigation and contract management. * Strong proficiency in the Civil Procedure Code (CPC), Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.), and corporate/commercial laws. * Proven expertise in legal drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management. * Must be authorized to work in India.
