Kalpataru Projects International Limited is seeking a full-time Litigation Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves managing domestic and international litigations and arbitrations, drafting legal pleadings, conducting extensive legal research, and coordinating with external counsels and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing litigations and arbitrations in both domestic and international jurisdictions.
• Draft and review petitions, plaints, written statements, affidavits of evidence, miscellaneous applications, legal notices, and settlement deeds.
• Attend briefings with external counsels and represent the company at court hearings.
• Conduct research on legal precedents, applicable laws, regulations, and procedures across domestic and foreign jurisdictions.
• Maintain and update the litigation Management Information System (MIS) in coordination with project teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and risk managers.
