The primary focus of this position is to exceed client expectations by providing strategic guidance on privacy frameworks and ensuring robust compliance with evolving legal standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive data protection policies, conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and managing data governance projects. Key duties include monitoring data processing activities, identifying potential privacy risks, and designing tailored mitigation strategies. The role requires a blend of legal knowledge and technical understanding to implement effective privacy controls and frameworks for diverse client requirements. Eligibility: * Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 9+ years of professional experience in data protection or privacy compliance. * In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, specifically the Personal Data Protection Bill in India. * Professional certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are preferred. * Experience in Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing. * Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
