The selected candidates will be responsible for managing Insurance Ombudsman cases, drafting and vetting legal pleadings, and providing strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements. In addition to litigation management, the role encompasses handling property-related due diligence, IPR issues, and the review of Leave and License agreements. The position requires a proactive approach to resolving pre-litigation grievances and recommending measures to mitigate potential legal risks.
