Description: The Centre for Research on Intellectual Property Rights (CRIPR) is hosting a one-day intensive online workshop and abstract presentation series focused on the evolving landscape of Intellectual Property (IP) laws. The program aims to bridge the gap between academic research and the legal frameworks governing innovation, providing a platform for scholars to discuss the intersection of law, technology, and creativity.
The workshop covers a diverse range of contemporary themes, including the impact of Artificial Intelligence on IP philosophy, scientific innovation in patent law, and the role of IP in environmental sustainability. By linking core legal concepts to modern challenges such as NFTs and generative technology, the event seeks to foster a practical dialogue on the future of research commercialization and ethical IP enforcement.
