Key Eligibility Criteria
- Ability to swim 200 meters continuously and tread water.
- Physical fitness to stand for long periods and work in high-temperature outdoor conditions.
- Previous lifeguard or swimming instructor experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong observational skills and excellent verbal communication.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Ensuring guest safety and enforcing facility policies and regulations.
- Maintaining cleanliness of pool areas and responding to guest inquiries.
- Assisting with ride dispatching and providing instructions to riders and swimmers.
- Participating in a minimum of four hours of monthly safety training.
