Head of Content & Community

Contextual Overview

WYLE is seeking a Head of Content & Community to lead their end-to-end content and community strategy. This role is designed for a strategic communicator who will act as a public face for the organization, managing editorial direction, community engagement, and multi-platform content distribution.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Typically 7–10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to build founder/executive content programs and grow communities.
• Strong editorial, writing, and on-camera communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently without a large agency or team.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Own WYLE's content and community function from strategy to execution.
• Appear regularly on camera and in live formats to represent the brand.
• Develop content franchises, scripts, and hooks across various platforms.
• Shape community rituals, AMAs, and discussions to drive participation.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

This is an equity-led role with a partial salary. Compensation details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
