Description: Square Circle Clinic, a leading criminal justice initiative under NALSAR University of Law, is offering internships on a rolling basis. The clinic focuses on pro bono defence for death row inmates and undertrials, as well as research in forensics, mental health, torture, and legal aid. Interns will gain meaningful exposure to the Indian criminal justice system.
Eligibility: Open to students enrolled in UG/PG programmes in law, humanities, social sciences, psychology, psychiatry, or media & communication.
Deadline: May 31, 2026 (for internships starting August 1, 2026). Applications must be submitted two months in advance.
Location: New Delhi, Pune, Nagpur (In-person preferred).
