The firm is currently expanding its operations and seeking to hire 10 skilled Paralegals to support U.S.-based law firms. The primary focus of these roles involves handling California Personal Injury (PI) matters. This position offers candidates the opportunity to work closely with U.S. attorneys and gain exposure to high-value legal cases within a structured professional environment. Eligibility: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Personal Injury law (California law experience preferred). * Prior experience working with U.S. law firms, particularly those in Southern California, is highly preferred. * Strong understanding of demand letters, medical records, and billing reviews. * Proficiency in case management (pre-litigation) and client communication. * Familiarity with legal tools or CRMs used by U.S. firms is an advantage. * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. * High attention to detail and professionalism. * Being a Licensed Advocate in India is preferred but not mandatory.
