The role involves drafting high-quality patent specifications, handling patent prosecution, conducting prior art searches, and collaborating with inventors and internal teams to identify patentable subject matter.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- LLB from a recognised university.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in patent drafting and prosecution, preferably with a reputed law firm or IP practice.
- Experience in handling inventions relating to electronics, telecommunications, networking, embedded systems, wireless communication, or related technologies.
- Patent Agent qualification is an added advantage.
