Available Positions

The firm is currently recruiting for two distinct roles based on experience levels:

  • Patent Associate: Suitable for junior-level professionals with approximately 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in patent drafting and patent law.
  • Manager – Patent Drafting & Prosecution: Suitable for senior professionals with approximately 8 to 10 years of experience in managing patent portfolios and leading prosecution strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Professional Qualification: Must be a Registered Patent Agent.
  • Educational Background: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Candidates possessing multidisciplinary technical knowledge and/or a degree in law (LL.B./LL.M.) will be given preference.
  • Language & IT Skills: Strong oral and written English proficiency is mandatory, along with a solid working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will handle a diverse portfolio of intellectual property tasks, including:

  • Drafting comprehensive patent specifications for US, EU, and Indian jurisdictions.
  • Managing patent prosecution matters and preparing precise responses to examination reports.
  • Reviewing invention disclosures and advising inventors on strategic patenting paths.
  • Conducting patentability assessments, claim mapping, claim charting, and right-to-market assessments.
  • Analyzing patent and non-patent literature to evaluate technological landscapes and competitive developments.
