The role entails leading end-to-end case management across a diverse spectrum of legal areas, including civil and commercial litigation, insolvency (IBC), contractual disputes, banking and recovery, employment, and white-collar crime. The selected candidate will oversee drafting, filing, and client representation before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including High Courts, NCLT, DRT, and Consumer Forums. Beyond litigation management, the Principal Associate will be responsible for developing case strategies through comprehensive legal research and analysis. The role requires a strong leadership component, involving the mentorship of junior team members and the maintenance of high-performance standards within the litigation practice. Candidates are expected to serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term professional relationships.
