Senior Associate Global Employment Law (Remote)

Title: Senior Associate – Global Employment Law Category: Jobs Organiser: Commvault Description: Commvault is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Global Employment Law team within the Trust Team. This role serves as a strategic business partner, working closely with Senior Counsel, Human Resources, and leadership to provide practical and employee-conscious legal solutions. The position involves advising on a wide range of employment and labor law matters, including employee relations, benefits, policies, grievances, and strategic exits across various global jurisdictions. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting multi-jurisdictional legal research, drafting and maintaining employment agreements, and monitoring global developments in labor laws. Beyond traditional advisory, the role requires managing employment-related projects and compliance initiatives while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent legal support across regions. Eligibility: * Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university. * Approximately 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a focus on employment and labor law. * Proven experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department. * Strong research, drafting, and communication skills with the ability to produce original legal analysis. * Prior exposure to multi-jurisdictional or global employment law matters is strongly preferred.
