The selected candidates will be expected to conduct extensive legal research, draft legal documents, manage case files, and provide strategic advice to clients. Senior roles involve independent case handling and mentoring junior staff, while the internship program is designed to provide law students with practical exposure to complex legal transactions and disputes. The firm operates in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes candidates with strong analytical skills and proficiency in legal research software. All positions are full-time and on-site in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Eligibility: * Senior Associate (Litigation & Corporate): LL.B. degree with a valid bar license and 2–3 years of relevant experience. Litigation candidates should have experience before District Courts, City Civil Courts, or the High Court. * Junior Associate (Litigation & Corporate): LL.B. degree with a valid bar license and 0–2 years of relevant experience. * Legal Interns: Law students in their 3rd year or above (5-year integrated program) or 2nd year or above (3-year LL.B. program). Prior internship experience is required. * General Requirements: Proficiency in legal research tools (SCC, Manupatra, AIR) and strong drafting skills. Proficiency in Gujarati is preferred for litigation roles.
