The firm specializes in navigating complex modern legal landscapes, including data privacy, ESG, cross-border growth, and AI governance. To support its expanding practice, Bridge Counsels is seeking a tech-savvy, highly organized Strategy & Operations Intern for an onsite role in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Strategy & Operations Intern, you will play a hands-on role in managing the firm's communications, coordination, and day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for individuals interested in the intersection of law, technology, and AI governance. Key responsibilities include:

• Content Creation & Social Media: Drafting, scheduling, and tracking content on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Editorial Support: Assisting with editorial tasks for the firm's AI Governance Bulletin and other written series.
• Design & Branding: Building simple, on-brand carousels and graphics using Canva.
• Event Coordination: Helping coordinate the founders' roundtable, known as the Bridge Circle.
• CRM Management: Maintaining and updating contact records, lists, and pipelines in HubSpot.
• Workspace Management: Running the firm's content and operations workspace in Notion, including calendars, trackers, briefs, and research hubs.
• Tech Stack Integration: Getting hands-on experience with the firm's tech stack and AI tools to optimize daily workflows.
• Research: Conducting light research to support operational and content initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Bridge Counsels is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Educational Background: Current student or recent graduate in law, communications, management, media, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand voice.
• Technical Fluency: Genuinely tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools. Familiarity or comfort with HubSpot, Notion, LinkedIn, and Canva is highly desirable.
• Professionalism: Comfortable working in a professional legal environment with sound judgment regarding confidentiality and discretion.
• Interests: A genuine interest in the legal, tech, and AI governance sectors.
