Full‑time in‑house legal role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Eligibility Criteria

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide legal advice on commercial decisions and transaction structures
- Manage simple to moderately complex transactions, liaise with external counsel and documentation unit
- Identify and mitigate legal risks, improve legal infrastructure
- Conduct training on legal issues across the bank
- Select and manage external counsel, ensuring cost‑effective services
