Accenture Nordics is seeking a Contracting Counsel Manager to join its Corporate Growth Functions team in Copenhagen. This role involves providing legal, commercial, and contracting support for complex technology and services transactions, focusing on digital, cloud, and emerging technologies.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Law degree (JD or equivalent) and authorization to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of transactional legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, ideally within technology, consulting, or outsourcing.
• Skills: Experience negotiating intellectual property and data privacy issues; strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Language: Full professional proficiency in Danish (native level).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, including master services agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), SaaS, licensing, outsourcing, and data-related contracts.
• Support contract transactions involving digital, cloud, systems integration, and emerging technologies.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal, contractual, and risk considerations.
• Structure and negotiate deals to align legal risk with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior legal professionals on more complex matters.
