Role Overview

Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited is hiring for the position of Team Member - Market Conduct within their Legal, Risk & Compliance department. This role focuses on the prevention, detection, and monitoring of sales and business practices to ensure adherence to ethical standards and company policies across the North Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Prevention & Detection: Conduct detailed investigations into suspicious activities, including financial fraud, employee reimbursements, and claims-related misconduct.
• Monitoring: Perform proactive control monitoring on business leakage parameters such as cheque dishonor, EMI bounces, and loss ratios.
• Training & Awareness: Execute Anti-Fraud Awareness programs, conduct branch visits, and foster a culture of 'Zero Tolerance' toward fraud among sales and non-sales staff.
• Governance: Facilitate monthly governance meetings with the North Zone Leadership Team to discuss critical cases, trends, and process improvements.
