ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced professional for the Senior Engineer, Contracts role based in Abu Dhabi. The position focuses on managing centralized contract development activities, handling complex and high-value tenders, and overseeing the complete lifecycle of contracting requirements in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering Discipline.
• Experience: 8 or more years of experience in varied contracts development and administration-related functions.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Develop contracting activities plans and review tendering strategies and procedures.
• Ensure tender documents are accurate and complete from technical, contractual, commercial, financial, and legal viewpoints.
• Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams regarding standard contract forms and deviations.
• Perform techno-commercial evaluations of bids and participate in negotiation meetings.
• Review and evaluate claims and contract variations in alignment with contractual obligations.
