Associate Senior Legal Counsel LATAM/Mexico – Adobe

Adobe is hiring a seasoned Commercial/IT/IP lawyer to serve as the sole legal point of contact for its LATAM and Mexico business, based in the São Paulo office.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified lawyer with 8+ years post‑graduation experience in Commercial, IT, or IP law.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Act as primary business partner for LATAM and Mexico leadership.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (sales, licensing, consulting, etc.).
• Provide commercial legal support and in‑house training across business units.
• Monitor and advise on evolving regulations in technology, AI, IP, and data privacy/security.
• Lead process improvement and knowledge‑management initiatives.
• Participate in regional and global projects and initiatives.
