Real Estate Associate (3+ PQE) – JMC Legal Recruitment

JMC Legal Recruitment, a Scottish firm ranked L500 in Real Estate, is hiring a full‑time Associate in Edinburgh to support a high‑profile Real Estate team.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Scottish Real Estate Lawyer
• Minimum 3+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE)
• Experience in commercial property transactions
• Strong drafting and commercial mindset
• Excellent client‑care and communication skills
• Organized, proactive, ownership of work
• Interest in long‑term client relationship development

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Assist with sales, purchases, leases, development agreements and property management matters
• Draft and negotiate contracts and ancillary documentation
• Review property titles and leases, preparing detailed client reports
• Act for developers, investors, corporates and HNW individuals
• Maintain regular client contact and deliver pragmatic advice
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex matters
• Support business development and client relationship building
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development

Stipend & Compensation

£55,000.00 / yr – £65,000.00 / yr (paid, with comprehensive benefits)
