This role focuses on maintaining compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and supporting the group's diverse business units in fintech and e-commerce.

Key Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • Professional Qualification: ICSA (Chartered Secretary) or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ACRA BizFile+ and deep understanding of the Singapore Companies Act.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
