This role focuses on maintaining compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and supporting the group's diverse business units in fintech and e-commerce.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma or Bachelorโs Degree in Law, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Professional Qualification: ICSA (Chartered Secretary) or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ACRA BizFile+ and deep understanding of the Singapore Companies Act.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage all statutory filings with ACRA, including annual returns and changes in corporate structure.
- Draft and review corporate documents, including constitutions, registers, and board/shareholder resolutions.
- Coordinate the incorporation of new entities, foreign branches, and representative offices.
- Advise management on regulatory obligations and support statutory audits.
