Legal Counsel (Juriste)

Aether Financial Services, a leading independent French firm specializing in financial transaction execution, is seeking a Legal Counsel (Juriste) to join its internal legal team in Paris. The role involves supporting the firm's agency, valuation, and corporate services divisions.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bac+5 degree in Banking and/or Financial Law.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in law firms, banks, or financial consulting structures.
• Skills: Excellent drafting skills in French; high proficiency in English.
• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage daily legal activities in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, law firms, investors).
• Review, analyze, and negotiate financing and security documentation.
• Oversee processes related to general meetings of financial instrument holders.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Aether's activities.
• Handle corporate secretarial duties and contribute to transversal projects.
