Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated employment law experience.
• Bar Admission: Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required; admission to the New York Bar is a plus.
• Practice Skills: Experience both in advising employers (compliance, risk management) and representing employers in active litigation. Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise employer clients across diverse industries on day-to-day workplace issues, compliance, and risk management.
• Represent employers in employment-related litigation matters.
• Manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with firm attorneys and clients.

Stipend, Compensation & Benefits

Anticipated Compensation: $154,000 – $165,000 per year (base pay range listed as $140,000 – $165,000/yr depending on qualifications).
