The Humanities and Social Sciences Research Centre at the Deanship of Research and Graduate Studies, Ajman University, is inviting applications for a full-time research faculty position (Research Assistant/Associate/Professor) for the Spring 2026/2027 term. This role focuses on conducting interdisciplinary research, data analysis, and contributing to scholarly publications within the humanities and social sciences domains.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. degree in a relevant field within the humanities or social sciences.
• Strong research methodology skills and proficiency in data analysis software.
• Excellent communication and academic writing skills.
• Preferred: Prior experience in academic research/publication, multilingual proficiency, and experience in writing research grant proposals.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Collaborate with senior researchers on interdisciplinary projects and conduct literature reviews.
• Perform statistical analysis, interpret data, and prepare comprehensive research reports.
• Assist in project management, including timeline tracking and grant acquisition.
• Organize academic workshops, conferences, and contribute to newsletter editing.
• Ensure compliance with university ethical standards and data confidentiality.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode
