This role is responsible for maintaining robust governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory adherence within the UAE insurance sector, and managing compliance functions for international branches.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in Governance and Compliance within the UAE insurance industry.
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Law, Finance, Risk, or a related field. Masterโs degree or professional certifications (AML, Risk, Governance) are highly preferred.
- Regulatory Expertise: Demonstrated experience liaising with UAE regulators including CBUAE, SCA, DoH, and DHA.
