Associate Attorney (Real Estate & Creditors' Rights) at Albertelli Law (ALAW)
Albertelli Law (ALAW), a multi-state real estate and creditors' rights law firm founded in 1997, is seeking a qualified Associate Attorney to support its Texas practice. This is a full-time, mid-senior level position based in Irving, TX, with remote work opportunities.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Bar Admission: Active member in good standing of the Texas State Bar. Additional bar licenses are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights practice.
- Technical Skills: Proactive utilization of case management and reporting software; strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation.
- Legal Knowledge: Proficiency in Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and general creditors' rights.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage assigned matters with a focus on civil procedure and loss mitigation.
- Handle court appearances and attendant travel as required.
- Provide superior client care with proactive communication.
- Collaborate in a team environment and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
