Amberstone, a leading real‑estate firm in Bengaluru, is hiring a full‑time Legal Advocate to manage all legal aspects of property transactions, land acquisition, and regulatory compliance.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• LLB from a recognised institution
• Valid Bar Council enrollment
• 2‑15 years of experience in Real Estate law

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle real‑estate legal matters and provide opinions to management
• Conduct due diligence of land and property documents (title deeds, sale deeds, encumbrance certificates, RTC, conversion orders, approvals)
• Draft, review, and negotiate Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, JDA, Development Agreements, Lease Agreements, MOUs, POAs
• Manage property‑related litigation, disputes, notices, and court matters
• Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, government authorities, and registration offices
• Ensure compliance with RERA, land, registration, and local real‑estate laws
• Assist in land acquisition and property registration processes
• Identify legal risks and recommend solutions
• Maintain records of legal documents, cases, agreements, and property files
• Represent the company before authorities and courts as required
