Compliance Officer

Compliance Officer – Ant International

Ant International, a leading financial services firm in Singapore, is hiring a full‑time Compliance Officer to support its Head of Compliance in establishing and maintaining robust compliance programmes across its international operations.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• 7‑12 years of regulatory, compliance or related experience
• Strong knowledge of payment services licensing and applicable Singapore regulations
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience liaising with Singapore regulators preferred
• Experience in e‑commerce, banking, payments or financial services preferred

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Assist the Head of Compliance in implementing compliance programmes
• Handle regulatory submissions, enquiries and audits; coordinate regulator on‑site inspections
• Lead applications for payment services licences and other business licences across jurisdictions
• Provide advice on regulatory and licensing matters to stakeholders
• Identify, assess and manage compliance and regulatory risks; act as escalation point for breaches
• Formulate, review and maintain compliance frameworks, policies and procedures
• Conduct internal compliance training sessions and risk assessments
