Anthony Collins is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join their nationally recognised social housing team in Birmingham. The role focuses on high-value development and stock rationalisation projects, providing legal counsel to Registered Providers on significant affordable housing schemes.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified solicitor status.
• Minimum of 3+ years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Demonstrable experience in property development or transactional law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Leading complex development and portfolio transactions.
• Managing due diligence and comprehensive risk reviews.
• Drafting and negotiating essential property documentation.
• Advising Registered Providers on development-related legal matters.
• Supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior staff.
