• Demonstrated ability in running and supporting M&A transactions from start to finish.
• Common law qualification is preferred.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills with strong commercial awareness.
• Prior experience working on cross-border transactions is advantageous.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
