Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, review, and negotiate primary loan documentation and ancillary certificates.
• Manage all aspects of transaction closings.
• Provide legal technical excellence with a pragmatic, commercial approach.
• Collaborate across international offices and time zones.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Salary Banding: $225,000 - $420,000 per annum.
