Data Privacy Specialist at Aspire Manpower Services
Aspire Manpower Services is recruiting for a Data Privacy Specialist for a client in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This full-time role focuses on developing practical privacy controls, guiding teams on responsible data use, and supporting organizational compliance with data protection regulations.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in law, cybersecurity, IT, information governance, risk, compliance, or a related field.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Maintain privacy policies, procedures, registers, and records of data processing.
- Lead privacy impact assessments for projects, technology, AI use cases, and data-sharing activities.
- Review privacy notices, consent wording, contracts, and third-party data-processing arrangements.
- Coordinate data-subject rights requests and support personal-data breach assessments.
- Monitor compliance, track corrective actions, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Deliver privacy guidance and awareness sessions to business and technology teams.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
The salary offered is AED 25,000+ per month, negotiable based on experience. This is a paid, full-time position.
